Refund Policy

At ATUR, your satisfaction is important to us. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only when:

  1. The wrong product has been delivered
  2. The product arrived damaged
  3. The product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not issued for:

  1. Used or opened perfumes
  2. Items without original packaging
  3. Change of mind after delivery

3. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
